Heather Zeo, 36, a math teacher at North Penn High School in Pennsylvania, has been arrested and accused of using social networking websites to flirt with her students – which one 17-year-old says turned sexual. Specifically, Heather Zeo has been charged with child endangerment and corruption.
The prosecution says that Heather Zeo had sex with at least one student in both empty classrooms at the school and in her minivan.
A quick check of Heather Zeo’s website (link to left) shows that she was married, recorded educational audio CDs, and sang at her church.
“Sadly, it often takes tragedy for us to look to God for help,” according to Heather Zeo’s website. It is a sad story, but the facts are there: two 17-year-old boys have testified that the teacher used Facebook to seduce them and to set up meetings for sex.
Remember, Heather Zeo has NOT been convicted, so we should presume that she is innocent.
